CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the <br /> General Statutes of North Carolina the following capital project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. Funds were reserved in fiscal year 1986-87 for land acquisition at the New Courthouse. The <br /> New Courthouse Project was financed by an appropriation from the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. In fiscal year 1987-88, the Board of Commissioners authorized that the project no longer <br /> be funded and the reserved appropriations be transferred to the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 3. The following transfer appropriations are anticipated to close this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve 1986-87 1987-88 Total <br /> Land Acquisition $25,000 $ 25,000) O <br /> 25,000 (25,000) 0 <br /> Amended this 4th day of August, 1987. <br />
