IL , <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 1 59 of <br /> the General Statutes of North Carolina the following capital project ordinance is hereby do <br /> P <br /> Section 1. The Y pted: <br /> project authorized is land acquisition for the Livestock/Horticulture Market and <br /> Rural Education Center Project. The project will be financed by an appropriation from <br /> the County Capital Reserve Fund in fiscal year 1987-88. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the ro ect <br /> budget contained herein. P j within the <br /> Section 3.
