CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General <br /> Statutes of North Carolina the following capital project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized land acquisition for expansion of the 911 Center. The project will be <br /> financed by an appropriation from the County Capital Reserve Fund in fiscal year 1987-88. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund $15,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for the project: <br /> Land Acquisition <br /> $15,000 <br /> Adopted this 4th day of August, 1987. <br />
