1) 1 <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, <br /> North Carolina , was held at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the <br /> regular place of meeting, at 7 : 30 o 'clock p. m. on August 18 , 1987 . <br /> Present: <br /> Absent: <br /> ****************************************************************** <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board : <br /> FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE <br /> FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF THE <br /> LOCAL SHAPE OF THE COST OF <br /> PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD (S) #1881 AND #1794 , <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS MORIAH HILL ROAD AND TIMBERLY DRIVE, <br /> IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has elected to finance the local share of the cost of paving North <br /> Carolina State Road (s) #1881 and #1794 , also known as Moriah Hill <br /> Road and Timberly Drive, located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange <br /> County, as permitted by North Carolina General Statutes Section <br /> 153A-185 (4) and as provided for in North Carolina General Statutes <br /> Section 153A-205 . <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1 <br />
