( LUP) <br /> ( 5 ) Evidence of <br /> ( a) Urban services, including water distribution and <br /> sewage collection mains , a' : not likely within 10- <br /> 20 years . (Z0-4 .2. 1 ) <br /> ( b) Water and sewer lines ould exist at the site or <br /> be - assured of installet n as part of the develop- <br /> ment process . (Z0-4 .2 . 4 ) <br /> ( c) Lot size for individual uses shall be appropriate <br /> to the method of water supply and sewage disposal . <br /> (20-4 .2. 9) <br /> (d) In cases where the ccr- letion and development of <br /> the subdivision would rcuire permits granted by an <br /> agency, that agency s -. all officially approve by <br /> certificate or permit -he subdivision proposal . <br /> ( SR- III -D-4-e) <br /> ( e) Plans for a proposed public or community sewage <br /> system shall be approve( by the Health Department <br /> Director o- the Division of Environmental <br /> Management of Natural and Economic Resources, <br /> whichever is approprit--e.
