On May 13 , 1987 , the Planning Director <br /> presented background information regarding a policy draft to <br /> the Natural Resources Subcommittee of the Planning Board. <br /> Policy considerations were grouped under six topical <br /> headings, including the following: <br /> 1. Water Supply <br /> 2 . Delineation/Protection of Watersheds <br /> 3 . Sewage Disposal/Alternative Systems <br /> 4 . Delineation of Water/Sewer Service Districts <br /> 5. Evidence of Service Capability/Capacity <br /> 6.
