'S <br /> 24e <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br /> Service Area Boundary Description <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of the Eno River State <br /> Park property, as recorded in Deed Book 271, Page 701 and 702, <br /> and also being Parcel 5, Tax Map 18, Eno Township, Orange County, <br /> and running in a southwesterly direction a distance of approxi- <br /> mately 11,500 feet to the northwest corner of the Eno River State <br /> property, as recorded in Deed Book 244, Pages 1069 and 1070, Plat <br /> Book 18, Page 162, Orange County, said point also being on the <br /> southern right-of-way line of Highway U. S. 70; thence along the <br /> boundary of said Eno River State Park property the following <br /> courses and distances: S 1° 301 M a distance of 859 feet to <br /> a point; thence N 87° O• M a distance of 1578 feet to a point; <br /> thence N 7. 101 E a distance of 58.8 feet to a point; thence <br /> N 80° 15' W a distance of 1700 feet to a point; thence S 4° 01 M <br /> across Highway I-85 a distance of approximately 1700 feet to a <br /> point, a corner of tract 18 of the Duke property; thence in an <br /> easterly direction a distance of approximately 617 feet to a <br /> stake in the southern right-of-way line of the Southern Power <br /> Company; thence in a southeasterly direction along said right-of- <br /> way line a distance of approximately 2950 feet to a ridge point <br /> located approximately 1700 feet northwest of University Station <br /> Road; thence along the ridge line in a southwesterly direction a <br /> distance of approximately 1000 feet to the centerline of the <br /> Southern Railroad; thence in a southeasterly direction along the <br /> centerline of said Southern Railroad a distance of approximately <br /> 1550 feet to a point 200 feet west of the western right-of-way of <br /> University Station Road; thence running 200' west of and parellel <br /> to the western right-of-way of University Station Road a distance <br /> of approximately 6000+ feet to the center line of Southern <br /> Railroad; thence along the centerline of said Southern Railroad <br /> in a southwesterly direction a distance of approximately 3500 feet <br /> to ridge point that is approximately an elevation of 550 feet above <br /> sea level , said point being the end of the service area boundary <br /> line.
