a <br /> 24 <br /> TOWN under this Agreement, the TOWN shall impose water use <br /> restrictions for its customers at least equal to those imposed by <br /> the CITY. <br /> 9. The charge for the water the CITY provides to the TOWN shall <br /> be seventy-five percent (75%) of the "Inside City" rate. <br /> 10. The CITY shall furnish the TOWN not later than the tenth <br /> (10th) day of each month, with an itemized statement of the <br /> amount of water and charges for such water furnished to the TOWN <br /> during the preceding month. The TOWN shall pay the CITY, not <br /> later than the thirtieth (30th) day of each month, for water <br /> delivered the previous month. <br /> 11. The CITY may also request in writing that the TOWN furnish <br /> the CITY treated water of a quality similar to that provided <br /> other customers of the TOWN if problems in the CITY 's water <br /> supply, distribution, or treatment system creates a need for <br /> water by the CITY. The TOWN shall furnish whatever amount of <br /> treated water it determines it is capable of furnishing in light <br /> of its own capacity and needs.
