Elimination of administration and <br /> informational barriers to the use of safe, <br /> sanitary alternative on-site disposal systems <br /> within the County should be encouraged. ( LUP) <br /> ( f ) Allow ground <br /> systems of 3000 gallons per sewage disposal <br /> systems per day or more design <br /> capacity and packaoe treatment plants with a <br /> design capacity of 3000 gallons <br /> less as appropriate only in areas <br /> day as <br /> designated Ten and Twenty YearTransitionand <br /> Rural Residential . ( LUP) <br /> ( j ) Na -permitted use in any district shall <br /> discharoe any waste contrary to the provisions <br /> of G. S. 13D- 150.
