211 <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br /> Service Area Boundary Description <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of the Eno River State Park <br /> property, as recorded in Deed Book 271, Page 701 and 702, and also <br /> being Parcel 5, Tax Map 18 , Eno Township, Orange County, and running <br /> in a southwesterly direction a distance of approximate 11,500 feet <br /> to the northwest corner of the Eno River State property, as recorded <br /> in Deed Book 244, Page 1069 & 1070, Plat Book 18 , Page 162, Orange <br /> County, said point also being on the southern right-of-way line of <br /> Highway U.S. 70; thence along the boundary of said Eno River Park <br /> property the following courses and distances: south 1° 30 ' W a dis- <br /> tance of 859 feet to a point; thence N 87° 0 ' W a distance of 1578 <br /> feet to a point; thence N 7° 10 ' E a distance of 58. 8 feet to a point; <br /> thence N 80° 15 ' W a distance of 1703 feet to a point; thence S 4° 0 ' w <br /> across Highway 1-85 a distance of approximately 1700 feet to a point, <br /> a corner of tract 18 of the Duke property; thence in an easterly <br /> direction a distance of approximately 617 feet to a stake in the <br /> southern right-of-way line of the Southern Power Company; thence in <br /> a southeasterly direction along said right-of-way line a distance of <br /> approximately 2950 ' to a ridge point located approximately 1700 feet <br /> northwest of University Station Road; thence along the ridge line in <br /> a southwesterly direction a distance of approximately 1000 feet to the <br /> centerline of the Southern Railroad, thence in a southeasterly direction <br /> along the centerline of said Southern Railroad a distance of approximately <br /> 1550 feet to a point 200 feet west of the western right-of-way of <br /> University Station Road, thence running 200 feet west of and parallel <br /> to the western right-of-way of University Station Road a distance of <br /> approximately 6000± feet to the center line of Southern Railroad, thence <br /> along the centerline of said Southern Railroad in a southwesterly <br /> direction a distance of approximately 3500 feet to ridge point that is <br /> approximately an elevation of 550 feet above sea level, said point being <br /> the end of the service area boundary line.
