During any period in which the customers of the City are <br /> under water use restrictions and water is being supplied to the <br /> TOWN under this Agreement, the TOWN shall impose water use <br /> restrictions for its customers at least equal to those imposed by <br /> the CITY. <br /> 9. The charge for=the -water the CITY provides to the TOWN shall <br /> be :7S% of the "Inside City" rate. <br /> 10. The CITY shall furnish the TOWN not later than the tenth <br /> ( 10th) day of each month, with an itemized statement of the <br /> amount of water and charges for such water furnished to the TOWN <br /> during ,the preceding month. The TOWN shall pay the CITY, not <br /> later than -the thirtieth (30th ) day of each month, for water <br /> delivered the previous month. <br /> 11. The CITY may also request in writing that the TOWN furnish <br /> the CITY treated water of a quality similar to that provided <br /> • <br /> other customers of the TOWN if-- problems-`.in the-'CITY ' s - water <br /> supplyi7distributl on,-= or-- treatment system.creates- a need for <br /> water by the CITY. The TOWN- shall :-furnish whatever.= amount- of <br /> treated_,water'fit determines• it : 57capable -of furnishing : in"light <br /> of-tits own=capacity= andneeds. Such water shall be furnished <br /> at-the�-proposed - or=mutual l y. agreed-. upon -futu re_•poi nts :of <br /> interconnection! and meteredatTsuchrpoints: The charge for such <br /> • water shall be 75.1Vof"-theTCITYls "Inside City"'rate. The TOWN <br /> shall furnish the CITY, not later than the tenth (10th) day of <br /> • <br /> each month, with an itemized statement of the amount of water and <br /> charges for such water furnished to the CITY during the preceding <br /> month.
