2O <br /> the TOWN to the CITY through the subject water main shall be 1. 0 <br /> million gallons per day subject to the limitations contained in <br /> paragraph 11 unless the TOWN shall determine that a greater <br /> amount of water can be supplied. <br /> S. Upon written request from the TOWN, and upon determination by <br /> the City that it has adequate water supply capacity from its own <br /> resources, the CITY will deliver to the TOWN a quantity of <br /> treated water to be determined by the CITY under paragraph (6) <br /> below of a quality similar to that provided to other customers of <br /> the CITY. Such water will be delivered . to the TOWN at the <br /> proposed..--or- mutually agreed upon future points of.- interconnection <br /> of the water system of the TOWN with the water system of the <br /> CITY, and the quantity shall - be metered: at such points. <br /> 6. The quantity of.-water the CITY will furnish shall be <br /> determined,.by the CITY in light of the following :factors:: <br /> A) the .amount •.off-:raw •water available- from the CITY ' S own water <br /> supply; B) the CITY'. -water demand ; C) the CITY' s water <br /> filtration capacity.; and, 0) the limitations -of -the CITY ' s water <br /> d4stribution •facilities. <br /> 7. The CITY shall authorize its Plant Superintendent or some <br /> other person as the City Manager may designate to administer <br /> requests for water on a day to day basis, and the CITY agrees to <br /> notify the TOWN as to what person or persons have been so <br /> designated.
