Moriah Hill Road and Timberly Drive are listed on <br /> the NCDOT 1986-87 Secondary Road Improvements Program. The <br /> project is listed as priority #1 on the Orange County PPP <br /> Program. <br /> 16 of 21 property owners, 76% of the property owners, owning <br /> 19 of 24 lots signed the petition accounting for approxi- <br /> mately 4231 feet of frontage or 79% of the total road <br /> frontage. The petition met the criteria for eligibility to <br /> participate in the program. <br /> To fulfill the legal requirements for the program public <br /> input on the basis of assessment as described in the Pre- <br /> liminary and Final Assessment Resolution is required.
