One lot 3.23 acres in size is proposed to be divided <br /> out of a 40.93 acre tract. The lot will have State road <br /> frontage. It is zoned Rural Residential (R-1 ) and <br /> designated Rural Residential in the Land use Plan. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br /> application. <br /> At its July 20, 1987 meeting, the Planning Board recommended <br /> approval of the Preliminary Plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Manager recommends approval per the Planning Board 's <br /> recommendation. <br />
