One lot 3.23 acres in <br /> size is proposed to be divided out of a 40 . 93 <br /> acre tract. The lot will have State road <br /> frontage. It is zoned Rural Residential (R-1 ) <br /> and designated Rural Residential in the Land <br /> use Plan . <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and <br /> approved the application. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval . <br /> MOTION: Lewis moved approval .
