Lee Street (extension ) , a Class A private road <br /> 1.5P <br /> At its July 20, 1987 meeting, the Planning Board recommended <br /> approval of the preliminary plan with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> ( 1 ) Revise the note which refers to the drainage easement. <br /> (2 ) Include in the Road Maintenance Agreement a provision <br /> which would require upgrading of the proposed private <br /> roads if any parcel served by the roads is further <br /> subdivided and maintenance of Lee Street to Class A <br /> private road standards. <br /> RECOMMENDATION : Manager recommends approval per the Planning Board ' s <br /> recommendation with clarification of condition #2 as <br /> follows : <br /> (2) Include in the Road Maintenance Agreement a provision <br /> which would require upgrading of the proposed private <br /> roads if any parcel served by the roads, including the <br /> residual parcel , is further subdivided, and that Lee <br /> Street, including the pre-existing public portion, be <br /> maintained to Class A private road standards. <br />
