The <br /> subdivision proposes nine lots which average 2.73 acres in <br /> size. A total of 260 acres are remaining in the tract which <br /> is zoned Agricultural -Residential . The Land Use Plan <br /> designation is also Agricultural -Residential . <br /> Lee Street, a pre-existing public road, will be extended as <br /> a Class A private road. The nine proposed lots will also be <br /> served by Vinca Lane, a Class B private road. <br /> The Planning Staff has reviewed a sketch plan for the <br /> remaining acreage which proposes lots over ten acres in <br /> size. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on <br /> Saddle Creek . <br /> After preparing a private road evaluation, the Planning <br /> Staff recommends that the proposed roads be approved as <br /> follows : <br /> Vinca Lane, a Class B private road <br />
