Fairfield Estates - Preliminary <br /> (Cheeks Township) <br /> Presentation by Crudup. <br /> This agenda item is for the consideration of <br /> the preliminary plan for Fairfield Estates. <br /> The property is located in the northeast <br /> portion of Cheeks Township, south of Hall ' s <br /> Mill Road (SR 1336) and on both sides of <br /> Brookhollow Road (SR 1338 ) . The tract is zoned <br /> Agricultural -Residential with an overlay <br /> district of Protected Watershed II . It is <br /> designated on the Land Use Plan as <br /> Agricultural -Residential and Water Supply <br /> Watershed. The total acreage of the tract is <br /> 135. 45 acres. Eighteen ( 18) 5-acre lots are <br /> proposed in three sections. The remaining 43 <br /> acres and existing structures are included in <br /> lot 9. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and <br /> commented on Fairfield Estates. NCDOT <br /> requested dedication of a 60-foot right-of-way <br /> on Brookhollow Road and dedication of 30 feet <br /> from the existing centerline of Hall ' s Mill <br /> Road as right- of-way. The preliminary plan <br /> complies with this request. <br />
