The tract is zoned <br /> Agricultural -Residential with an overlay district of <br /> Protected Watershed II . It is designated on the Land Use <br /> Plan as Agricultural -Residential and Water Supply Watershed. <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 135 .45 acres. Eighteen <br /> ( 18) 5-acre lots are proposed in three sections . The <br /> remaining 43 acres and existing structures are included in <br /> lot 9. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on <br /> Fairfield Estates. NCDOT requested dedication of a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way on Brookhollow Road and dedication of 30 feet <br /> from the existing centerline of Hall ' s Mill Road as right- <br /> of-way. The preliminary plan complies with this request. <br /> At its July 20, 1987 meeting, the Planning Board recommended <br /> approval of the preliminary plan . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Manager recommends approval per the Planning Board 's <br /> recommendation . <br />
