An extensive Investigation has been <br /> performed to determine the suitability of these soils to <br /> absorb the waste, and the site will remain in woods, so there <br /> should be no surface runoff of pollutants into the pond . If <br /> the nitrification field did fail , there is a 1002 reserve for <br /> repairs, and the pond would act to capture pollutants and <br /> protect water quality downstream. <br /> • <br />
