Should the ownership of the nitrification fields be <br /> transferred to the company which will be responsible <br /> for the sewage system? We believe this could be a <br /> concern particularly if that company later "dissolved . " <br /> Perhaps the homeowners associations should retain <br /> title. <br /> 3 . Sinai Road ( SR 1718) . <br /> (3 ) In Phase Two, post a sign at the end of Twin Pines Lane <br /> cul -de-sac to indicate the intended future extension of <br /> that road. <br /> (4) Provide a left turn lane off Mt. Sinai Road with the <br /> final approval of Phase One. <br /> (5) Improved recreation space must meet the requirements of <br /> Section IV-B-7 of the Subdivision Regulations including <br /> off-street parking. <br /> (6) Provide a 50-foot right-of-way on Twin Pines Lane along <br />
