Stratford Green - Preliminary Plan <br /> (Hillsborough Township) <br /> Presentation by Szymik. <br /> This agenda item is for the consideration of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Stratford Green <br /> Subdivision. <br /> The property is located in Hillsborough Township <br /> on Orange High School Road (SR 1588 ) . There are <br /> 8 lots proposed on an 8.30 acre tract. The <br /> average lot size is 1 . 04 acres. A private Class <br /> B road (Victoria Dr. ) is proposed to serve the <br /> development. The property is zoned R-20 in the <br /> Town of Hillsborough 's zoning Jurisdiction and <br /> designated Ten-Year Transition in the Orange <br /> County Land Use Plan . <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and <br /> commented on the application. The County <br /> Attorney questions the <br /> roads. A private road pevvaluationofhasribeen <br /> provided. <br /> Szymik referenced a letter from the Town <br /> Administrator of the Town of Hillsborough <br /> ( attachment to these minutes ) . He indicated the <br /> Planning Staff had contacted Harding Hughes, <br /> Town Administrator, for clarification and more <br /> information in order to address Planning Board <br /> concerns . A firm answer regarding availabiiity <br /> of public water and sewer could not be provided <br /> by the Town until the developer paid for an <br /> engineering study to determine whether adequate <br />
