I, Shirley Marshall, Chairman of the Board of <br /> Commissioners for the County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY <br /> CERTIFY that no petition has been filed demanding that the <br /> following order adopted by the Board of Commissioners for said <br /> County on March 24, 1987 be submitted to the voters: <br /> "ORDER AUTHORIZING $200,000 SANITARY SEWER BONDS.
