National <br /> Guard with a request for land clearing and grading services, and <br /> will allow Rev. Harvin and members of the working committee to seek <br /> out possible foundation monies to assist in the development of the <br /> center. <br /> The critically important point here is to give the <br /> farming/livestock producers a positive signal so they may begin <br /> their efforts to raise $200, 000 in the private sector to meet <br /> requirements of the federal livestock marketing act and operating <br /> expenses. All members of the group understand very clearly that <br /> the land and all buildings constructed on it are to remain forever <br /> as county property. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: ENDORSE THE $25,000 OPTION TO PURCHASE PROPOSAL <br /> cc: Rev.
