Since <br /> no minimum time period for posting is <br /> required it is recommended that Article 2 be <br /> amended to require that property be posted <br /> at least 10 days before the Board of Adjust- <br /> ment meeting. This will be consistent with <br /> the posting requirement in Article 20 and <br /> consistent with the newspaper notice <br /> requirement. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: <br /> 2.3.3. 4 The Board shall give notice of matters <br /> coming before it by causing public notation <br /> to be placed in a newspaper of general <br /> AMENDED circulation in Orange Count <br /> 2-9-83 shall appear once a week for �twohconsecutive <br /> 7-2-84 weeks, the first insertion to be not less <br /> than ten ( 10 ) days not more than twenty-five <br /> (25) days prior to the meeting date.
