and the tabulation shall be delivered to the county manager <br /> upon its completion. <br /> (b) Whenever it is necessary to interrupt service <br /> over the CATV system for the purpose of network or system <br /> maintenance, alteration or repair, the grantee shall do so at <br /> such time as will cause the least amount of inconvenience to <br /> its subscribers . Prior announcements of such service <br /> interruption shall be carried on the appropriate basic <br /> service channel whenever possible. <br /> (c) The grantee shall not ive any y priority or <br /> undue advantage in service or maintenance to residents of any <br /> particular development or neighborhood. <br /> (d) The grantee shall make a reasonable effort in <br /> good faith to resolve all complaints made to it regarding the <br /> operation of its CATV system. The grantee shall forthwith <br /> furnish to the County a copy of all complaints contained in <br /> written correspondence it receives (other than notations or <br /> comments written on invoices ) . If any complaint is not <br /> resolved to the reasonable satisfaction of the person making <br /> the complaint, such person may appeal to the county manager . <br /> The manager ' s resolution of the matter shall be final unless <br /> the manager ' s determination is overruled by the board . <br /> (e) The grantee shall give notice of the existence <br /> and availability of the complaint resolution procedures set <br /> forth_in this_section to each subscriber at the time of his <br /> initial subscription to the CATV system and as to those <br />
