Manager may immediately request payment of the amount <br /> thereof, with interest and any penalties , from the letter of <br /> credit. Upon such request for payment, the County Manager <br /> shall notify the grantee of the amount and date thereof. <br /> The rights reserved to the county with respect to <br /> the letter of credit are in addition to all other rights of <br /> the county whether reserved by this ordinance or authorized <br /> by law, and no action, proceeding or exercise of a right with <br /> respect to such letter of credit shall affect any other right <br /> the county may have. <br /> (h) The grantee shall pay to the county a sum of <br /> money sufficient to reimburse it for all expenses up to <br /> $20, 000 incurred by it in connection with the granting of a <br /> franchise pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance less <br /> all application fees collected by the county pursuant to the <br /> process leading to the award of the franchise. Such payment <br /> shall be made within thirty ( 30) days after the county <br /> furnishes the grantee with a written statement of such <br /> expenses . <br /> (i) The grantee shall file and maintain with the <br /> county manager copies of all petitions, applications and <br /> communications transmitted by the grantee to or receive: by <br /> the grantee from all federal and state regulatory commissions <br /> or agencies having competent jurisdiction to regulate the <br /> operations of any broadband telecommunications network <br /> authorized hereunder . <br /> 35 <br />
