judgment, ex ion claim or demand which the County may <br /> legally be required to pay as a result of the award of a <br /> franchise hereunder or as a result of the exercise of aja <br /> franchise granted to the grantee. <br /> (ii) save the County harmless and indemnify it <br /> from all loss sustained by the County on account of any suit, <br /> judgment, execution, claim or demand whatsoever based upon <br /> any injuries or damages sustained (including but not limited <br /> to copyright infringement) arising out of the installation, <br /> o eration or maintenance of the CATV system authorized <br /> herein, whether or not any act or omission complained of is <br /> authorized, allowed or prohibited bL_this ordinance or any <br /> franchise granted hereunder. <br /> (iii) pay all expenses incurred by the County in <br /> defending itself with regard to all damages and penalties <br /> mentioned in subsections (i) and (ii) above.
