grantee to operate the system. The board , in seeking a new <br /> grantee, shall use the same methods and procedures set forth <br /> herein as are required to grant the initial franchise. If a <br /> franchise is granted to another person, the terminated <br /> grantee may be required to sell the entire CATV system to the <br /> new grantee at a price to be determined by three ( 3 ) <br /> competent, independent appraisers, one each to be appointed <br /> by the terminated grantee, the new grantee, and the board. <br /> The appraisers so appointed shall use the then-best methods <br /> of appraising to determine this value. The terminated <br /> grantee shall fully cooperate with these appraisers. The <br /> cost. of the appraisers shall be shared equally by the <br /> terminated grantee and the new grantee . The terminated <br /> grantee shall execute such deeds , bills of sale and other <br /> documents as may be necessary to effectuate this sale. The <br /> board ' s decision to terminate shall be subject to appellate <br /> review as provided by law. <br /> The County may, upon expiration or termination of a <br /> franchise, require the grantee to continue to provide service <br /> for a reasonable period (not to exceed six months) in order <br /> to assure uninterrupted service_ to subscribers . �4 <br /> If removal of the CATV system from the streets , <br /> roads or public places is required by any law, statute or <br /> regulation , such removal shall be performed by and at the <br /> expense of the terminated grantee.
