To prevent Planning Staff <br /> review of Sketch Plans from being considered a permanent <br /> approval , a revision of the regulations is proposed. <br /> The proposed revision places a time limit of one ( 1 ) year on <br /> the validity of the Planning Staff Sketch Plan comments and <br /> clarifies language in the regulations regarding the <br /> significance of the comments. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendment. <br /> The Planning Board will prepare a recommendation on the <br /> proposed amendment at its June 15, 1987 meeting. The Board <br /> of Commissioners will consider the proposal for decision on <br /> July 6, 1987 . <br />
