Miscellaneous Manufacturing Industries <br /> Those industries described as Major Groups in the Standard <br /> Industrial Classification (SIC) Manual listed above which plan to <br /> use, store, distribute or produce hazardous substances equal to or <br /> exceeding the RQ (Reportable Quantity) threshold amounts listed in <br /> the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and <br /> Liability Act (CERCLA) , Table 302.4 and the- Michigan Critical <br /> Materials Register shall register with the-Durham - Durham County <br /> Emergency Management Agency and Durham County Fire Marshal the. <br /> types (common and scientific names) and quantities of hazardous <br /> substances used, stored, distributed or produced, and the location <br /> and method of storage within six (6 ) months following the <br /> enactment of this ordinance and annually thereafter. An inventory <br /> of such substances shall be maintained on the premises available <br /> • , ' for inspection by the Durham County Fire Marshal and the <br /> Durham-Durham County Emergency Management Agency. <br /> d. 19't 4r or W 'ar-ioi,s Waste T]` gmoAfi'. - No facility <br /> which recycles or disposes of toxic or <br /> hazardous waste shall be located within the Water <br /> Quality 3asin Area. Impervious surface may <br /> include but are not limited to : roofs, decks, driveways, <br /> patios, sidewalks, parking areas, tennis courts, streets, <br /> any concrete, asphalt or compacted gravel surface. <br /> Calculation of impervious street coverage shall be deter- <br /> mined by the area of right-of-way between the center line of <br /> the street and the edge of a compacted surface. <br /> 1.
