A fuel storage tank for <br /> heating purposes of business establishments shall <br /> obtain a Use Permit from the Board of Adjustment. <br /> The tank shall be located above ground and be <br /> equipped with monitoring devices to detect any <br /> leakage or seepage. No commercial or service <br /> establishment shall be permitted on a lot of <br /> less than 80 ,000 square feet and less than 150 <br /> feet in width. Legal non-conforming lots of <br /> record less than 80 , 000 square feet in area and <br /> 150 feet in width platted prior to the adoption <br /> of this ordinance shall be exempt from area and <br /> width requirements of this ordinance.
