4 <br /> approved final site plan which : U <br /> a. Indicate the uniform type of foundation enclosure <br /> or skirting to be provided on each mobile home. <br /> b. Indicate the location and size of permanent site <br /> number signs in accordance with Article 7.20 ( PD- <br /> MHP) of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 21 . The approved final site plan shall show the location <br /> of all traffic control signs in the park. The signs <br /> shall be installed in accordance with the standards of <br /> the Uniform Traffic Control Manual . <br /> 22. The approved final site plan shall show the location <br /> of all street lights in compliance with Article 7 .20 <br /> (PD-MHP) of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 23. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> public improvements shall be recorded by the <br /> developer. <br /> 24. The final site plan and narrative of the project <br /> incorporating all changes, deletions and additions <br /> through the final approval of the project are <br /> incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned <br /> Development Special Use Permit. A copy of the final <br /> site plan and narrative are on file with the Orange <br /> County Planning Department. Grading and building <br /> permits, upon application, will be Issued after <br /> approval and recordation of the Special Use Permit. <br /> 25 . The development shall be built and operated according <br /> to the site plan and written narrative supplied by the <br /> developer and in compliance with the above conditions. <br /> 26 . That if any of the above conditions is held invalid, <br /> this approval shall be void. <br />
