MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Board of Commissioners <br /> FROM: Beverly A. Blythe <br /> DATE: June 4, 1987 <br /> RE: Animal Control Ordinance <br /> I have attached all of the correspondence received in <br /> this office and that which was given to me at the meeting <br /> held on May 26. <br /> Also the two petitions that were given to me contained <br /> 109 and 1, 760 signatures. The petitions stated at the top <br /> "we, the undersigned, support a ban on the sale and use of <br /> the steel jaw leghold trap". <br /> I have attached first to this memo a letter that was <br /> received in my office today, June 4 from Mr. Willard Ward. He <br /> stated that he plans to call each one of <br /> you <br /> support for the proposed changes as outlined inohislletter.our <br /> I will try to have all the comments that were made at <br /> the meeting at least in draft form for you to review in <br /> making your decision on June 16. <br /> Thank you. <br />
