The Department of Social Services will receive additional <br /> State and Federal funds. These funds will be used to <br /> administer the mandated AFDC-Emergency Assistance Program. <br /> The additional funds to be budgeted total $14, 000. The <br /> Department will receive $7, 000 in Federal funds, $3,500 in <br /> State funds and the remaining $3,500 (currently budgeted <br /> County funds) will be transferred from the Title XX <br /> program. <br /> 2 . The Department of Social Services is entitled to receive <br /> additional State and Federal funds to administer the Long <br /> Term Care Screening program. The additional funds to be <br /> budgeted total $14,500 and are to be used for Chore Worker <br /> Wages. The Department will receive $9,860 in Federal <br /> funds, $3,915 in State funds and the remaining $725 <br /> (currently budgeted County funds) will be transferred from <br /> the subsidy program. <br /> 3. The Department of Social Services will receive additional <br /> State and Federal funds to administer the Medicaid <br /> program. The additional funds to be budgeted total <br /> $20, 000. The Department will receive $13, 600 in Federal <br /> funds, $5,400 in State funds and the remaining $1, 000 <br /> (currently budgeted County funds) will be transferred from <br /> the Title XX program. <br /> 4. The Department of Social Services will receive additional <br /> State and Federal funds to administer the IV-E Foster Care <br /> Program. The additional funds to be budgeted total <br /> $17,271. 00. The Department will receive $11,744 in <br /> Federal funds, $2,763 in State funds and the remaining <br /> $2,764 (currently budgeted County funds) will be <br /> transferred from the Title XX program. <br />
