The forum concluded with a view of <br /> what services are needed. Representative from various commun- <br /> ity agencies have met regularly since September to develop <br /> more complete descriptions of goals for services. Jean <br /> Chapman, a member of the committee studying the need of <br /> emotionally troubled preschoolers will detail the support <br /> necessary to provide services. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br />
