(LUP) <br /> ( i ) Establish an on-site wastewater treatment <br /> inspection program within the portions of water <br /> supply watersheds designated as Water Quality <br /> Critical Areas . (Z0-6 .20) <br /> ( 4) Delineation of Water/Sewer Service Districts <br /> ( a) Provide water and sewer lines in those areas which <br /> can be practically and efficiently served by these <br /> facilities . (LUP) <br /> ( b) Develop and implement a cooperative joint planning <br /> process among the County municipalities and those <br /> organizations responsible for water and sewer lines <br /> to guide the extension of lines in accordance with <br /> the land use plans and policies of the affected <br /> Jurisdictions. ( LUP) <br /> (c) Establish Urban Service Areas for Chapel Hill , <br /> Carrboro, Hillsborough, Mebane and Durham which <br /> will correspond with the 10-year and 20-year <br /> Transition Areas.
