A rota- <br /> tion in appointed members is desired as a part of any decision <br /> to continue the board. By one-third of the members rotating <br /> off the board the fourth year, one third off the fifth year <br /> and the balance the sixth year there would be continuity in <br /> dealing with matters. <br /> The Board Chair, Mr. David Moreau, will answer any question. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> 1. Accept report. (However, since some of the <br /> recommendations relate to matters which are underway or <br /> under the responsibility of their agencies, Manager <br /> recommends that the Board defer taking specific action to <br /> implement the recommendations until the status of each <br /> matter is outlined. <br /> 2 . Decide on continuation and membership rotation. <br />
