Also I am taking steps necessary to <br /> be able to have expert testimony presented to the Board <br /> concerning the effect of the proposed use on value of adjoining <br /> land. <br /> Based on the commitments I have received from my architect <br /> and appraisers, I anticipate having a completed application to <br /> you during June and will be prepared to appear at the necessary <br /> hearings in July. <br /> I respectfully request that you inform the appropriate <br /> parties that it is not possible for Chandler Concrete to have a <br /> completed application by May 15 or to be prepared to appear at a <br /> June 1 hearing. <br /> I appreciate your courtesy in this matter and look forward <br /> to having your assistance in the review and preparation of our <br /> application. <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> Thomas E.
