The <br /> Board recently established June 1, 1987 as the date for public <br /> hearing on the matter. <br /> Attached is a May 11, 1987 response from the Company. The <br /> Board's alternatives include: <br /> 1. Hold the hearing as planned, or <br /> 2. Authorize the County Attorney to initiate legal proceed- <br /> ings to end the non-conforming use of the land for con- <br /> crete related activities, or <br /> 3 . Authorize the Manager through the Planning Director to <br /> notify Chandler concrete to submit an application for the <br /> next Regular Quarterly Public Hearing in August. Also <br /> authorize the County Attorney to begin legal proceedings <br /> if the application is not received by the July deadline <br /> for items going to hearing in August. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve alternative 3 . <br />
