18 <br /> IV-B-8-d-3 Schedule of Reouired Buffers <br /> The type of buffer required between a proposed sub- <br /> division and adjacent streets, land uses and/or zoning <br /> designations shall be as specified in the following <br /> table. The type of buffer required is determined by the <br /> existing and/or proposed principle use(s) in the sub- <br /> division for which approval is requested. To determine <br /> which type of buffer is required adjacent to an existing <br /> and/or proposed land use, identify the existing and/or <br /> proposed principle use( s) in the subdivision, then <br /> identify the adjacent existing and/or proposed land <br /> uses. The type of buffer required is identified at the <br /> intersection of the two columns. <br /> To determine which type of buffer is required adjacent <br /> to land which is vacant and designated in a particular <br /> zoning district, identify the existing and/or proposed <br /> principle use( s) in the subdivision, then identify . the <br /> adjacent vacant land zoning designation .
