We <br /> plans <br /> but the immediate need was and the final <br /> County line was, to determine where the Orange/Durham <br /> Mr. Sneed agreed to have the surveyor who had <br /> done his boundary survey also locate the county line. I do not <br /> know all the problems that entailed, but I do know it <br /> quite a bit of work and we did not receive informationrabouted <br /> county fine until mid-October 1985. I met again with Mr. Sneed <br /> on October 31, 1985. <br /> In early December 1985 we submitted <br /> Haynes (Orange County NCDOT engineer) cause and believed to Joe <br /> County would review the road since about 85% believed Orange <br /> County, of it is in Orange <br /> There ensued a period of uncertainty and in early <br /> 1986 we were instructed that Durham County NCDOT (Bob Dozie-y/ <br /> Billy Timberlake) would handle the entire subdivision.
