The tract is split by the Orange-Durham County line. <br /> A total of 50 .0 acres is in Orange County and thirty-five <br /> (35) lots are proposed. The property is zoned A-R and <br /> designated Agricultural Residential in the Land Use Plan. <br /> The developer originally received preliminary plan approval <br /> on 5/21/85 for this subdivision, however, the approval <br /> expired. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br /> application. The developer proposes public roads built to <br /> State standards. <br /> The Durham County Board of Commissioners approved that <br /> portion of the subdivision in Durham County on March 9, <br /> 1987 . <br /> At its April 27, 1987 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to the <br /> following conditions : <br />
