Graham, Jr. <br /> BACKGROUND: The property in question is located in Cheeks Township on <br /> the east side of Efland-Cedar Grove Road ( SR 1004) . There <br /> is one ( 1 ) new lot proposed ; the lot size is 3.7016 acres. <br /> The zoning designation is Rural Residential ( R-1 ) with the <br /> overlay district of Upper Eno Protected Watershed ( PW- II ) . <br /> The Land Use Plan designation is Rural Residential and Upper <br /> Eno Water Supply Watershed . <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br /> proposal . <br /> At its April 27 , 1987 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended approval of the subdivision subject to the <br /> applicant indicating the lot size excluding the right-of-way <br /> and the provision of a landscape plan demonstrating <br /> compliance with Section IV-B-8, including location of <br /> existing trees, land use buffers, and areas to be planted . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of the preliminary plan as <br /> recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> The Board of Commissioners has thirty-six ( 36) days within <br /> which to act on this application. The deadline for action <br /> is June 23, 1987 . <br />
