LLOYD SUBDIVISION <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of the preliminary plan as <br /> recommended by the Planning Board with condition #2 revised <br /> as follows : <br /> (2) Provide pedestrian greenway easement located adjacent <br /> to Neville Creek and equal in width to the required <br /> stream buffer along Neville Creek. A maintenance <br /> agreement shall be submitted and approved by the County <br /> Attorney which shall provide for the dedication of the <br /> easement to an appropriate governing body or public <br /> agency at the time the easement becomes part of a <br /> public greenway system. <br /> An additional condition, #8, is also recommended. <br /> (8) Revise the proposed restrictive covenants to prevent <br /> further subdivision of lots 1 -9. <br /> The Board of Commissioners has thirty-six (36) days within <br /> which to act on this application. The deadline for action <br /> is June 23, 1987 . <br />
