110 <br /> WINTON PLACE <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> At its April 27 , 1987 meeting, the Planning Board recom- <br /> mended approval of the Preliminary Plan subject to the flare <br /> intersection design recommended by NCDOT plus the following <br /> conditions : <br /> ( 1 ) Indicate the adjoining property owners south of the <br /> subject property ( lot 9) . <br /> (2) Provide impervious surface data for each lot shown on <br /> the plat. <br /> (3) Provision of a landscape plan demonstrating compliance <br /> with Section IV-B-8, including location of existing <br /> trees, land use buffers, and areas to be planted. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of the preliminary plan as <br /> recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> The Board of Commissioners has thirty-six (36) days within <br /> which to act on this application. The deadline for action <br /> is June 23, 1987 . <br />
