There are <br /> nine (9) lots proposed out of approximately 40 acres, the <br /> average lot size is 4.4 acres excluding the rights-of-way. <br /> The zoning designation is Rural Residential ( R-1 ) with an <br /> overlay district of Upper Eno Protected Watershed ( PW- II ) . <br /> The Land Use Plan designation is Rural Residential and Upper <br /> Eno Water Supply Watershed. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br /> application. NCDOT has recommended that a flare design be <br /> provided for the Winton Drive - Orange Grove Road <br /> intersection. <br />
