There <br /> are three (3) lots proposed out of 10.64 acres, the average <br /> lot size is 3.33 acres excluding the rights-of-way. <br /> The zoning designation is Rural Buffer (RB) with an overlay <br /> district of University Lake Protected Watershed (PW- I1 ) . <br /> The Land Use Plan designation is Rural Buffer and University <br /> Lake Water Supply Watershed. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br /> application. Section IV-B-7-b of the Subdivision Regula- <br /> tions requires the dedication of 0. 15 acres of land or 6,534 <br /> sq. ft. in that a greenway is proposed along Prices Creek in <br /> the JPA Land Use Plan. <br /> Given the property line distance ( 867 ft. ) along Prices <br /> Creek, the resulting greenway would be 7 .5 feet in width . <br />
