Marshall. <br /> Commissioners Moses Carey. Stephen Halkiotis, John Hartwell and Don <br /> Willhoit. <br /> PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT; Chair Barry Jacobs and members <br /> Sharlene Pilkey, Carl Walters, Steve Yuhasz► Betty Margison, Prince Taylor. <br /> Dan Eddleman, Chris Best. Tim Hubbard. and Mike Lewis. <br /> STAFF PRESENT: County Manager, Kenneth R. Thompson. Clerk to <br /> the Board, Beverly Blythe. Administrative Secretary, Joanna Bradshaw, <br /> Planning Director. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> PUBLIC CJRGE <br /> The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange County <br /> its respect. The Board asks its citizens to conduct themselves in a <br /> respectful► courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow <br /> citizens. At any time should any member of the Board or any citizen <br /> fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending <br /> member to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal <br /> control. Should decorum fail to be restored. the Chair will recess <br /> the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public <br /> charge is observed. <br /> C. INTRODUCTORY REMARKS - COUNCILMAN DAVID GODSCHALK <br /> - ALDERPERSON JUDITH WEGNER <br /> Chair Marshall opened the public hearing and indicated that <br /> Councilman David Godschalk of Chapel Hill and Alderperson Judith <br /> Wegner of Carrboro would make introductory comments.
