Food for all animals shall be served in a clean <br /> container so mounted that the animals cannot readily tip it over <br /> or defecate or urinate in it. <br /> 8 . Supplies of food and bedding shall be stored in <br /> facilities which adequately protect such supplies against <br /> infestation or contamination by vermin. Refrigeration shall be <br /> provided for supplies of perishable food. <br /> 9 : All animals shall have fresh, drinkable water <br /> available at all times .
